You probably don't know this about me yet...but I really hate being cold! So, I have officially gone into hibernation mode for the winter!!
Here are some key points when starting the hibernation process:
1. Sometimes you should hibernate with your stuffies, like Loliphant, or toys, like Squeakers!
2. Other times, you should hibernate with or on top of your Mommas or Daddies, like Domeek!
3. But, what's really required for hibernation is an awesomely warm blanket, bed/sofa, and perhaps even a pillow!! ;-)
Ok, that's enough wake time...gotta get back to hibernating!!
Night Night Everyone!! See you in the Spring...
or maybe just tomorrow!
I hope we see you before Spring. But I do like taking extra naps when it's cold. My most important napping advise is make sure you snuggle with MOM.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Goose
You look so sweet when you are sleeping. I get cold too, especially at night. So, I like to steal my mom's blankies. Sending warm, snuggly thoughts your way.
ReplyDeleteKelsey
See you in the spring cutie-pie!
ReplyDeleteSo sweet..and what great napping tips you've given!!
ReplyDeleteOhhhh, warm snuggles. But Goose don't you think that laying on your back opens up the soft pink belly for the cold to attack. Yeap we are getting stuff ready today for the cold to start, Dog House clen and repacked with the bed and blankets, cover for the couch and chairs, and Monday the guy comes to check out the heater system, and wood is stocked for the fire place! Have a nice nappie poo!

Grrrr, the cold is spreading all the way over to you too! Pft! Good job about preparing early though, hopefully it won't catch you by surprise! :-D Hm, I love to lie on my back, so even though it is much colder...it's a bad habit! ;-) Hehe
DeleteThose are some excellent hibernation tips. I like to shove my nose in between cushions of the sofa. It's completely awesome. Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteThat's another wonderful idea...might have to borrow it Finn! :-D
DeleteYou gave some excellent advice for hibernation butt we think you should just play harder and then you will warm up!
ReplyDeleteYour Pals,
Murphy & Stanley
Oh, you've got that down to a science, Goose!
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute snuggle face you have!! I like the pillow part myself....nothin' like havin' a pillow to rest your heads on durin' hibernation.
Kisses,
Ruby
We usually hibernate in Summer because it's so hot!!!
ReplyDeleteXXXOOO Daisy, Bella & Roxy
No matter where you are, you are so adorable! Hunter doesn't like to get covered up but loves to be right next to me or papa.
ReplyDeleteIt is snowing here today and so we are enjoying being inside.
Have a great weekend.
Noreen & Hunter
Snow?!! Burrrrr!!! I can't believe that Hunter doesn't appreciate the love of a blankey...I bet he'll change his mind soon enough! ;-)
DeleteYou look so nice and cozy!
ReplyDeleteWow great tips... You look so comfy in your warm blankies!
ReplyDeleteI agree, the cold is horrible!
ReplyDeleteNola

Puddles
Hey there Puddles! It's great to meet you! :-D I know, us poor pups with little to no fur, not fair! ;-) Can't wait to meet all you new friends!!
DeleteYou look so warm and comfortable amongst you blankets. Me and Nellie are expert snoozers, but here in New Zealand,it is summer time, so we don't have to worry about the cold, except when Jack Frost came to visit this week. Love Nellie and Jasper, the two bestest maremmas in the land.
ReplyDeleteHey there Jasper and Nellie! It's wonderful to meet you both! Ooo, summer? I wish it was warmer here, but I hope that you don't get too many visits from Mr. Frost! :-D
DeleteHibernation sounds like fun:)
