:-D It's the Weekend guys!!!
If you all remember, a couple of weeks ago, the wonderful Prudence from A Coonhound's Tales hosted a fun little giveaway on her blog! Her Mom went to a book signing for Simon Tofield, the author of Simon's Cat...the coolest and funniest comics, ever!
Well, they bought an extra copy of Simon's book and guess who won it??????
Yop, that's right - Little Old Moi!! :-D
Well, two days ago, their package arrived!!! :-D
I couldn't wait to open it!
Check it out!! :-D
I begged Domeek to read it to me immediately! :-) Look at the awesome signature and cartoon Mr. Simon drew!
Sooooo, I have to send a gigantic "Thank You" out to Prudence and her Mom! The book is absolutely fabulous and hilarious!
After having a wonderful time at the puppy park this afternoon (I totally took down three big pups) Domeek treated me to a new toy...I even got to pick it out! :-D
Supposedly he's indestructible, but I already managed to tear a hole in him, muahahaha!
Ok, that's it for today everyone! Have a fantastic Saturday! :-D
Pawsome giveaway Goose and well done winning it. Have a super Saturday.
ReplyDeleteBest wishes Molly
What a great win - you know we wonder what kind of doggies they get to test these toys - must be ones with no teeth - cause we had destroyed so many indestructible toys too :)
ReplyDeleteYea on your win!! OMD that last picture - excellent! What a face!
ReplyDeleteAwesome pressie package. I love it when peeps think something is indestructible and we tear into it too!
ReplyDeleteBetter that you went destructor on the toy than the book! Sometimes I do the same --- gotta get that squeaker out , ya know!
ReplyDeleteThat book looks great, Goose! Especially because it is about kittens; I love kittens :) I'm sorry your new dragon stuffie wasn't so indestructible...but the fluffy guts are really the best part anyway!
ReplyDeleteWow, is that a perfect day or what?? Congrats on winning your book!
ReplyDeleteYour Pals,
Murphy & Stanley
Congrats on your win! I think you should be a toy tester and teach those manufacturers a thing or two.

Congratulations on your prize. We love those supposedly indestructible toys--more of a challenge!
ReplyDeleteXXXOOO Daisy, Bella &Roxy
What a great day - a package in the mail and a road trip to get a new toy! Great expression on your face in the last photo, almost like you're thinking oops about the hole in the toy!
ReplyDeleteOMD! Goose that book is just amazin'!! What a FABulous win that was! And, it was so cool of Domeek to read it to you ASAP!
ReplyDeleteOkays, LOVE that last pic of you with your dead stuffie!! BOL!! Oh Goose, they should know that there is NO industructable toys in a terrier's mouth! hehehe
Kisses,
Ruby
PAWSOME!!!! Well done you!
ReplyDeleteWe left you a little something over on our last post - go have a look-see, okay?
Wally & Sammy
The photographs are lovely and the book sounds great! When they say a toy can't be destroyed, they do mean that as a challenge, don't they?
ReplyDeleteDear Goose,
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful present! My littlest person loves Simon's Cat. We have the things called Cats in our house and so I don't know why she needs to read a book about them or watch movies about them, because they are exactly like the books and movies. But still...
Also - new toy! Excellent. Hey, I haven't gotten a new toy in a while... I'd better speak to my people about this...
Happy Sunday!
Licks,
Cobi
Congratulations! I love Simon's cat, all the cartoon's are so hilarious! You are one lucky pup ;)
