Oh my dog, yesterday was sooooooo much fun! We woke up super early (hehehe, ok, around 7:30 am) and drove over to Los Altos' Byrne Preserve for the Hoppin Hounds Hunt!
It was a beautiful morning and there were probably around 40 or so pups in attendance! :-D
Check out the 6 month old Saint Bernard, he was soooo nice and happy to be there!
You can't tell by the photos, but there were cookies thrown all over this hill... literally, you had to use your nose, but every couple of feet there were biscuits! :-)

It's like Where's Waldo...if you look really closely in the two photos above you can find me and cousin Pippi! Hehehe!
Domeek didn't give me breakfast that morning, so I was all over those cookies! ;-) She said that I must have eaten my weight in them, hehehehe! Luckily they were super healthy, organic, and were made of the best ingredients, so no one minded!
Check out the cookies!!
Cousin Pippi chowing (muahaha, play on words) down!
Eventually Domeek said that I had had enough, I didn't agree, but we still took a walk up the giant hill!
Check out how high we were, luckily lots of puppy parents had the same thought, so there was a whole bunch of us making the trek!
Pippi was so excited because we saw a couple of deers and a jack rabbit...she's got an insane prey drive, so she wanted and tried to run after all of them! Hehehe, luckily her Dad was holding her leash, not Aunty Nilla...they'd still be going if it were the opposite! ;-)
That's what I think of soooo many photo ops!! ;-)
Meanwhile I was super excited because there were a bunch of sticks and horse poo that I got to roll in, hehehehe!!! ;-)
Overall, I scored a ton of delicious cookies (including a few that I took home), met a load of great pups and their parents, and had a lot of exercise too!!! You can't get much better than that!!
I'm off to Napa for the next couple of days and will be back on Tuesday, so I hope that you all have a great rest of the weekend and Monday! :-D
You're right.....it was a Fantastic Day!!!! Enjoy your holiday.
